Bringing Toyosu
to the Upper East Side.

Noz Market first opened its doors in October 2020, providing New Yorkers with a resource for high-end seafood, Japanese accoutrements, and delicious prepared sushi and sashimi.

After a full-scale renovation, we are excited to reopen Noz Market as a full-service restaurant in a stunning new space. The market front features a hand roll bar for walk-in guests to stop by and sample our seasonal offerings.

Past the hand roll bar and market front, a bamboo-lined hallway gives way to a more formal setting in which guests enjoy our top-tier sushi and omakase offerings. An extension of our flagship restaurant, Sushi Noz, the restaurant at Noz Market serves exemplary Edomae cuisine at an intimate 11-seat counter. Two tables in the back room are available for larger parties and private events.
